Role Overview

As a Market Expansion Associate, you are the engine behind our entry into new territories. Your mission is to break ground beyond our established India footprint, identifying and engaging B2B decision-makers in fresh markets. This is a high-energy role for a junior professional who excels at multi-channel outreach and is eager to master the art of cross-border lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

·  New Territory Prospecting: Research and map target accounts in assigned expansion regions using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and direct mailing strategies.
·  Strategic Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calls and personalized email sequences tailored to the specific business culture of the new territory.
·  Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery to qualify prospects based on B2B criteria, ensuring only high-potential leads move to the Sales team.
·  Time-Zone Navigation: Manage your daily outreach schedule to align with the business hours of your assigned territory.
·  CRM Management: Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions in the CRM to provide visibility on the health of the new market pipeline.
·  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to execute messaging for new regions and with Sales to improve lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·  Experience: 1–3 years in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
·  Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to adapt your tone for different professional environments.
·  Resilience: A “hunter” mindset with a high tolerance for rejection and a drive to hit daily outreach targets.
·  Tech Stack: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
·  Analytical Mindset: Ability to track your own conversion rates and adjust your approach based on what’s working in a specific region.
·  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Common Performance Metrics (KPIs)

·  Territory SQLs: Number of Sales Qualified Leads generated in new expansion markets.
·  Outreach Velocity: Consistency in daily call and email volume.
·  Meeting-to-Opportunity Ratio: The percentage of scheduled meetings that turn into valid sales opportunities.
·  Database Growth: Number of new, verified decision-makers added to the CRM for new territories.
